Welcome to North Star Juice Bar & Café. Our philosophies are quite simple; serve high quality organic and vegetarian meals, juices and smoothies to the people in and around Eureka Springs, Arkansas as well as being conscious of the well being or our planet. We are the only establishment in the area that is entirely vegetarian and vegan. To the greatest extent possible the food we use is organically grown. Local farmers markets are utilized for seasonal fruits, vegetables and herbs. We strive to serve the best and healthiest meals around. We also have a profound appreciation for the environment. Most of our take out containers, cutlery, plastic cups, plastic bags, etc. are environmentally friendly, as well as our cleaning supplies and paper products. The majority of the take-out container, cups and all cutlery are fully compostable. Just ask and we'll be happy to explain these unique earth friendly products. Just another way we look out for the environment.
